The President
Mark Janik started Janik Contracting in 1989 with
the vision of providing homeowners the quality of work and
comfort
level
supplied by
a true “hometown” contractor.
Our company understands that our customers are taking on a
major task and investing hard earned money to make these improvements
to their homes.
With that in mind we work hard to make this
ordeal as pain free as possible. We respect the fact that we
are invading your living space. We work with our customers
in introducing new and innovative ideas and at the same time
listening to their needs and wants. After all, this is your
home, and you should have what you want and not what the builder
wants to sell you.
We specialize in elaborate additions that include second story
add-ons, garage to house tie-ins, complete house remodel jobs,
kitchens, bathrooms and eye catching carports, garages and
sunrooms. We use the best quality materials and craftsmanship
available. Our customers depend on us to make sound decisions
in their behalf. We don’t cut corners. We don’t
use “contractor grade” materials. We deliver a
product to our homeowners that we would build for ourselves.
